- Spiced Pulled Beef 140g.
- 2 Crispy Bread Rolls.
- Sliced Mushrooms.
- Sliced Green Pepper.
- Sliced Onions.
- Cheddar Cheese.
- 1. Pre heat oven to 180(160 fan) Gas Mark 3
- 2. Place Crispy Bread Rolls on baking tray.
- 3. Arrange Spiced Pulled Beef Pork on top.
- 4. Layer green peppers, mushrooms, onions & cheddar cheese on top.
- 5. Place in hot oven at 180 C (fan 160 C)for 10 mins.
- 6. Serve with fresh green salad & cloleslaw.
Beef Wellington
A quick & simple recipe for a delicious home-cooked meal.
- Spiced Pulled Beef 140g.
- Puff pastry Sheet (defrosted).
- Sliced Mushrooms.
- Crispy Onions.
- A Beaten Egg.
- Cheddar Cheese.
- 1. Pre heat oven to 180(160 fan) Gas Mark 3
- 2. Cut pastry to size.
- 3. Fry mushrooms for 2 minutes, and place on pastry.
- 4. Divide spiced pulled beef, onions & cheddar then wrap in pastry
- 5.Brush with beaten egg and place on baking tray.
- 6.Place in hot oven at 180 C (fan 160 C)for 30 mins.
- 7. Delicious with Fresh steamed veg & gravy.

- Large Bag of Nachos.
- Cheddar Cheese 100g.
- Spring Onions.
- Soured Cream.
- Salsa.
- 1. Pre heat oven to 200(180 fan) Gas Mark 6.
- 2. Place nachos on baking tray.
- 3. Arrange BBQ Pulled Pork on top.
- 4. Sprinkle spring onions & cheddar cheese all over.
- 5. Place in hot oven for 10 mins.
- 6. Serve with soured cream & salsa.
BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

- Floury Baps
- Oven Chips
- Cheddar Cheese
- Green Salad
- Tomatoes
- 1. Pre heat oven to 200(180 fan) Gas Mark 6.
- 2. Place oven chips on baking tray and cook according to pack instructions.
- 3. Slice 2 floury baps.
- 4. Arrange Pulled Pork, salad leaves & cheddar cheese.
- 5. Serve with chips.
Pulled Ham Frittata
A super easy frittata recipe, serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Pulled Ham 140g.
- 8 Medium Eggs.
- 100g Mature Cheddar Cheese.
- 200 ml Milk.
- 1. Pre heat oven to 180(160 fan) Gas Mark 4
- 2. Beat eggs & milk together in bowl.
- 3. Line a 20cm x 20cm or similar sized dish with baking parchment .
- 4. Layer ham and half cheese in lined dish
- 5. Add egg mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- 6.Place in hot oven at 180 C (fan 160 C)for 40-45 minutes.
- 7. Delicious with mixed salad, coleslaw and crusty bread.
Pulled Ham Welsh Rarebit
A delicious, tasty meal.
- Pulled Ham
- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Purée
- 175g Mature Cheddar Cheese
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Pre heat grill.
- Cut 4 slices of crusty bread and toast lightly on each side.
- Put Pulled Ham in a bowl and mix together with tomato purée and splash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Top the toast slices evenly with the Ham mixture.
- Separate 2 medium eggs.
- Add 2tbsp Dijon mustard to the bowl with the egg yolks and mix.
- Beat egg whites, combine with yolk mixture and cheese.
- Layer mixture on top on ham.
- Place under grill until golden.
- Delicious with salad & fries.

- 2. Place Pizza Base on baking Parchment on tray.
- 3. Spread Tomato Purée And BBQ Sauce On Top..
- 4. Layer Chicken Vegetables & cheddar cheese on top.
- 5.Brush with beaten egg and place on baking tray.
- 6.Place in hot oven for 10 mins.
- 7. Delicious with Chips with fresh green salad.

- 2 White Tortilla Wraps
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Chopped Onion
- Sliced Red & Green Peppers
- Tomato Purée
- Chilli Flakes
- 1 Pouch Steamed Rice
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Soured Cream & Guacamole
- 1. Fry mushrooms, pepper & onions for 2 minutes
- 2. Add chicken, tomato purée & chilli flakes.
- 3. Return to heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 4. Heat rice according to instructions on packet
- 5. Layer chicken & vegetables, rice, cheese and soured cream on tortillas & fold.
- 6. Serve with Guacamole.
